Competition Rules

1. Promoter

This prize draw is operated by Tortoise Endurance. By entering you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Tortoise Endurance and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• One entry per race review. You may submit multiple reviews if they are for different races, and each counts as a separate entry. Multiple reviews for the same race by the same person will be removed.

3. How to enter

• Submit a genuine race review via the review form at tortoiseendurance.com/reviews.
• You must provide a valid email address with your review. Entries submitted without an email address will not be eligible for the draw.
• Reviews must be genuine and relate to a race the entrant has personally completed or attempted.
• The entry period closes on 31 July 2026 at 23:59 (GMT). Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Review quality

• Reviews must be written by the entrant personally. Reviews that appear to have been generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, automated tools, bots, or any other non-human means will be disqualified and removed.
• Reviews must be substantive and genuine. Low-effort submissions — including but not limited to single sentences, meaningless filler text, or responses that do not meaningfully reflect a real race experience — will be removed and will not count as entries.
• Tortoise Endurance reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a review meets the required standard of quality and authenticity.

5. Prizes

• Prizes are unlocked progressively as the total number of eligible reviews reaches the following milestones: 50, 150, and 300 reviews.
• All prizes from milestones crossed by the closing date will be awarded to one winner.
• Prizes are as described on the competition page. No cash alternative is available.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• If no milestones have been reached by the closing date, no prize will be awarded and the draw will not take place.

6. Winner selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.
• The Tortoise Endurance's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Privacy

• Email addresses collected at entry are used solely to contact the winner and, where the entrant has opted in, to send occasional emails from Tortoise Endurance.
• Email addresses will not be sold or shared with third parties.
• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by emailing us.

8. General

• Tortoise Endurance reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the draw at any time for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
• Tortoise Endurance accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
